Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Business (e.g. Finance, Accounting) preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years Commercial Banking experience.
• 9 years of relationship account management experience preferred.
• Formalized commercial credit training or equivalent credit experience required.
• Proven track record of partnership with investment bankers for capital market advice.
• Strong business acumen with ability to analyze financial statements.
• Knowledge of Commercial, Treasury Management, and financing options.
• Ability to assess client needs and align financial solutions.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; travel regionally/local.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop profitable new client relationships and deepen existing ones.
• Lead and coordinate client-facing activities including credit support, treasury, and capital markets.
• Meet clients regularly to ensure business needs are met and growth targets are achieved.
