You will negotiate loan terms, prepare credit packages, monitor credit quality, and oversee loan closings to ensure proper execution of documents and terms with clients and internal credit authorities.

Formación

• Experience in commercial banking or financial services preferred.
• Strong networking and referral development skills.
• Ability to analyze credit information and structure loan facilities.

Responsabilidades

• Business development with a focus on acquiring new clients and expanding relationships.
• Develop network of external referral sources/COIs to attract new clients.
• Maintain, grow and service assigned portfolios and cross-sell bank products.
• Negotiate terms of lending agreements and prepare credit packages for approval.
• Monitor changes in credit quality and ensure up-to-date financial information on file.
• Oversee loan closing process and ensure all terms and documents are properly executed.
