OceanFirst Bank is seeking a Commercial Banking Sr. Relationship Manager in New Jersey. You will acquire new commercial clients, expand existing relationships, and build a diversified loan portfolio by leveraging COIs and market contacts.

This role demands expert deal structuring, underwriting, negotiation and risk management. You will manage a portfolio of business relationships, cross-sell products, and partner with credit professionals to ensure strong credit quality while pursuing profitable

Qualifications

• Extensive sales, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Experience managing large, sophisticated and complex relationships.
• Strong knowledge of commercial banking products, credit policy and regulations.
• Proven business development skills; prospecting new clients.
• Minimum 10+ years commercial lending experience; formal credit training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new commercial loan relationships.
