Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
• 8+ years commercial banking or lending experience including credit underwriting.
• Ability to interpret policies, loan contracts, and credit reports/financial statements.
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written) and advanced analytical ability.

Responsibilities

• Partner with other officers to administer management of assigned commercial banking relationships.
• Maintain a portfolio by calling on existing customers to expand business and ensure credit quality.
• Provide recurring customer service to existing and prospective clients and cross-sell bank products.
• Serve as a conduit for all product lines and match client needs with appropriate products.
• Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities across bank products.
