Job summary

U.S. Bank in Fresno, CA is seeking a Business Banking Relationship Manager to combine sales, relationship management, and financial acumen to help business clients achieve their goals.

You will develop new client relationships, expand partnerships, and deliver tailored banking solutions across lending, treasury, deposits, and payments. You’ll work with specialists and a broad product suite to drive growth while maintaining high credit quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in business banking or relationship management.
• Experience with commercial lending and credit structuring preferred.

Responsibilities

• Spend 60-70% outside business development and prospecting.
• Develop and manage new and existing business client relationships.
• Build COI networks to generate referrals.
• Deliver financial solutions and trusted client relationships.
• Assess banking needs and tailor deposit, lending, treasury solutions.
• Oversee credit renewals, annual reviews, and loan structures.
