• Deep expertise in commercial banking operations, treasury management services, and business banking implementation practices.
• Advanced knowledge of commercial banking products, workflows, and operational processes including ACH, wires, reporting, limit management, and related services.
• Experience leading strategic customer engagements involving executive stakeholders and enterprise implementation initiatives.
• Ability to influence implementation strategy, product direction, and operational best practices across cross-functional teams.

• Lead strategic commercial banking implementation engagements advising financial institution stakeholders on solution design and regulatory considerations.
• Serve as senior SME for Alkami commercial banking functionality including ACH, Wires, Reports, and related services.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to map client operations to Alkami capabilities and identify process improvements.
• Facilitate implementation strategy discussions and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure customer readiness and adoption.
• Lead hosted user acceptance testing and validate business workflows to minimize deployment issues.
• Translate business banking requirements into actionable technical and operational recommendations for product and engineering teams.
