Peyton Resource Group is seeking a Senior Commercial Relationship Manager in San Antonio to manage and grow a commercial portfolio, concentrating on C&I, CRE, and SBA lending, while ensuring risk management and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes business development, deepening member relationships, and delivering tailored commercial banking solutions to drive loan and deposit growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in C&I and CRE lending, including SBA lending.
• Strong business development, credit analysis, and relationship management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of commercial lending regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Manage, retain, and grow a commercial portfolio with a focus on C&I, CRE, and SBA lending.
• Drive loan and deposit growth through business development, lead generation, and centers of influence.
• Analyze financial statements and structure commercial loan requests; present recommendations through the loan approval process.
• Ensure portfolio risk management aligns with credit union policies, strategy, and regulatory requirements.
• Proactively call on members and prospects via in-person and phone outreach.
• Cross-sell commercial products and services to meet member needs.
• Participate in community and business organizations and support Commercial Services initiatives.
