Job summary

You will build a portfolio of local businesses, source new relationships, lead credit analysis and underwriting, and cross-sell treasury, CRE, private banking and wealth products in a collaborative, full-service platform.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial lending experience.
• Formal credit training, ideally via a bank credit program.
• Strong underwriting and loan structuring skills.
• A track record of business development and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a portfolio of commercial clients across the San Antonio market.
• Source new relationships through network, existing clients and referrals.
• Lead credit analysis, loan structuring and underwriting on deals.
• Review client needs and cross-sell the bank's wider product set.
• Maintain a disciplined, low-risk portfolio with excellent client service.
