• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills; ability to analyze creditworthiness.

Responsibilities

• Actively participates in developing a business plan to grow loan and deposit portfolio for commercial clients.
• Develop consultative relationships to deliver banking solutions while ensuring credit quality and pricing.
• Underwrite loans and manage assigned portfolio in line with bank policies.
• Collaborate with Credit, Treasury Management, Wealth, and Retail teams to service clients.
