Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of commercial banking experience with credit analysis/portfolio management.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, markets, risk and client needs.
• Formal credit training or underwriting experience is critical.
• Self-motivated with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proven ability to exceed calling metrics and production goals.
