Job summary

First Horizon Bank is seeking a seasoned Private Banking professional to lead client relationships and drive new business while managing an existing loan and depository portfolio. You will advise on balance sheets, asset allocation, and wealth planning, and must navigate risk controls and regulatory guidelines.

The role emphasizes a strong sales track record, credibility in the community, and the ability to expand client relationships within the bank’s wealth-management framework.

Qualifications

• Ten plus years of work experience in Private Banking or Financial Services.
• Proven sales success and strong business acumen.
• Experience or demonstrated understanding of investments, wealth planning, credit and banking concepts

Responsibilities

• Bring in new relationships with clients by earning trust, thoroughly understanding client needs, providing targeted advice, developing thoughtful solutions and delivering an exceptional client experience
• Generate business results and acquire new assets, both from new client acquisition and expansion of existing clientele
• Advise clients on their overall balance sheet, including asset allocation, investment management, wealth planning, credit and banking needs
• Ensure that proposed solutions fulfill clients' needs and objectives in the short, medium and long term through a holistic goals based planning approach
• Manage existing portfolio, including but not limited to loan and depository account maintenance and client check-ins.
• Strictly adhere to all risk and control policies, regulatory guidelines and security measures
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
