Zusammenfassung

Truist Financial Corporation in North Carolina seeks an experienced Commercial Banker to identify, solicit, develop, manage, service, retain and grow long-term profitable commercial relationships for clients with $5MM to $75MM in annual sales.

You will leverage the CCB Industry & Advisory teams to create the optimal client experience, refer business, and maintain CRM-based activity. Levels I–III differ by experience, portfolio size, and potential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent education and related training.
• More than eight (8) years of experience with proven results in establishing new business relationships and retaining/growing existing business relationships
• Strong command of credit and finance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products

Aufgaben

• Leverage Truist Sales Process, Financial Insights, and Industry & Advisory team to deliver a differentiated client experience in all client, prospect and COI interactions.
• Manage, service and grow an assigned book of commercial banking clients.
• Execute on prospecting activities to grow new commercial banking households.
• Understand and contribute to the credit decisioning process, including analysis and interpretation of financial statements, credit structuring, underwriting requirements, policy knowledge, risk identification and mitigation.
