Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 6 years Commercial Banking experience, 5 years sales preferred.
• Formalized commercial credit training or equivalent credit experience.
• Underwriting experience preferred.
• Proven track record partnering with investment bankers for capital market advice.
• Proven ability to grow client business and revenue with strong client experience.
• Strong business acumen and financial statement analysis skills.
• Knowledge of Commercial, Treasury Management and alternative lending options.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop profitable new client relationships leveraging COIs and referrals.
• Develop and implement a business plan to achieve financial goals.
• Collaborate with internal partners to deepen relationships and acquire new ones.
• Attend industry forums to broaden networks and knowledge of trends.
• Create tailored relationship strategies with product partners for clients.
• Meet customers regularly to strengthen trusted advisor status.
• Apply consultative selling skills and CRM processes to improve client experience.
• Track client activity and pipeline using the CRM system.
• Analyze financial data to determine credit requests to pursue.
• Monitor client performance and industry trends for risk and pricing.
• Coordinate with Portfolio Managers and Credit Officers per guidelines.
