Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 years Commercial Banking experience, with 5 years sales experience preferred.
• Formalized commercial credit training or equivalent credit experience required.
• Underwriting experience preferred.
• Proven track record of partnering with investment bankers for capital market advisory.
• Strong ability to translate client needs into profitable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop profitable new client relationships using centers of influence and referrals.
• Develop and implement a business plan to achieve financial goals.
• Collaborate with internal partners to deepen relationships and acquire new ones.
• Attend industry forums and meetings to expand networks and knowledge.
• Analyze client financials and co-create tailored strategies with product partners.
• Meet with clients regularly to maintain trusted-advisor relationships.
