Job summary

Mobilitas is hiring a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto) to lead actuarial Analysts and Consultants, coaching and directing pricing projects across commercial auto insurance.

You will oversee analyses, support decisions, and ensure timely delivery while balancing business results with staff development. This remote, nationwide role emphasizes client-facing collaboration and leadership.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area is required.
• Graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, or related area preferred.
• ACAS (Associate in Casualty Actuarial Society) required.
• 3+ years of commercial insurance experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis.
• 3+ years of personal lines insurance experience.
• 3+ years experience managing teams in a supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Actuarial Analysts and Consultants, providing coaching, training, and direction across pricing and analytical projects.
• Oversee actuarial analyses, support business decisions, and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
• Review work and supervise Consultants and Analysts to ensure successful completion within deadlines.
• Manage and train Actuarial staff; balance workload and resource allocation.
• Present analyses, recommendations, and pricing strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
• Foster client relationships and ensure account-level rating and pricing analyses for complex opportunities.
