Job summary

Mobilitas is hiring a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto) to lead pricing and analytics initiatives from a remote US location. You will manage actuarial teams, coach staff, and coordinate with clients and stakeholders to deliver actionable pricing strategies.

You will oversee complex auto pricing analyses, mentor analysts, and balance business results with resource constraints while communicating insights clearly.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area with 5+ years of actuarial analysis experience.
• Graduate degree plus 3+ years of analysis experience in personal lines or related area.
• ACAS certification and/or FCAS is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop actuarial analysts and consultants on pricing and analytical projects.
• Oversee analyses, support business decisions, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Interact with internal stakeholders and external clients to communicate insights.
