Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is seeking a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto) for a remote role in the United States. You will lead and mentor actuarial analysts and consultants, oversee complex pricing analyses, and partner with clients to deliver data-driven decisions for auto programs.

You will supervise project delivery, manage pricing strategies for commercial auto opportunities, and balance business results with talent development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level education in a quantitative field with actuarial focus.
• Experience leading actuarial analyses for commercial insurance.
• ACAS certification and supervisory experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Actuarial Analysts and Consultants, coaching and directing pricing projects.
• Oversee analyses, support decision-making, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Build and maintain client relationships, presenting analyses and pricing strategies.
