Qualifications

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area with 5 years of post-bachelor experience.
• Graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area.
• 3+ years commercial insurance experience.
• 3 years experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on personal lines insurance.
• ACAS (Associate in Casualty Actuarial Society).
• Ability to coach, mentor, evaluate and provide training to staff.
• 3+ years experience managing teams in a supervisory capacity.
• Experience presenting analyses and pricing strategies to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Actuarial Analysts and Consultants.
• Oversee actuarial analyses and support business decisions.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and with high quality.
• Review work of Consultants and Analysts and oversee project completion.
• Manage and train Actuarial Consultants and Analysts.
• Balance business results with constrained human capital.
