Mobilitas is hiring a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto) to lead pricing teams and deliver complex analyses for commercial auto insurance. This remote role interacts with clients and internal stakeholders to guide pricing strategies and project delivery.

You will mentor analysts, oversee pricing analytics, and ensure high‑quality outputs while navigating a remote‑first environment across the United States.

Competenze

• BA/BS in statistics or actuarial science with 5 years of post‑bachelor experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on commercial insurance.
• Graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area with 3 years experience in actuarial analysis on personal lines insurance.
• ACAS designation required and strongly encouraged for advancement.

Mansioni

• Lead and develop Actuarial Analysts and Consultants across pricing and analytical projects.
• Oversee actuarial analyses, support business decisions, and ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.
• Interact with internal stakeholders and external clients to build trusted relationships and communicate insights.
• Review consultants' work and supervise completion of projects within deadlines.
• Coach and mentor staff, manage workloads, and balance business results with resources.
