Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto) to lead actuarial analysts and consultants across pricing projects. You will coach, train, and guide teams while delivering high-quality analyses for commercial auto insurance.

This remote role supports clients nationwide from the United States, requiring deep knowledge of Commercial Auto pricing, strong leadership, and a proven track record in account-level pricing and stakeholder

Qualifications

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area and 5 years of post bachelor experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on commercial insurance
• Graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area
• 3 years experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on personal lines insurance
• 3+ years commercial insurance experience
• ACAS (Associate in Casualty Actuarial Society)
• 3+ years experience managing teams in a supervisory capacity
• Experience performing account-level rating and pricing analyses for complex or high-value commercial insurance opportunities
• In depth knowledge of the Commercial Auto industry and knowledge of the Commercial insurance marketplace in general

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Actuarial Analysts and Consultants with coaching and direction across pricing projects
• Oversee actuarial analyses and support business decision-making to ensure timely, high-quality outputs
• Review work and oversee successful completion of projects within deadlines
• Manage teams time and workload and advise leadership on tradeoffs
• Balance business results with constrained human capital
