You will lead actuarial analysts, coach teams, and guide pricing decisions for commercial auto opportunities while communicating insights to clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or graduate degree in a quantitative field with actuarial experience.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills with client-facing capability.
• Proven pricing analysis experience for commercial auto lines.
• Experience driving projects, coaching teams and meeting deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop Actuarial Analysts and Consultants across pricing projects.
• Oversee actuarial analyses, support business decisions, ensure on-time delivery.
• Build trusted stakeholder relationships and communicate analytical insights.
• Manage teams, workload, and tradeoffs; balance business goals with people needs.
• Provide coaching, training and direction to staff for performance improvements.
