Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, seeks a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto) to lead and develop actuarial staff, oversee pricing analyses, and drive strategic pricing decisions for commercial auto insurance. You will coach teams, ensure timely delivery, and collaborate with clients and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes supervisory leadership, pricing expertise, and a remote-first work arrangement across the United States.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area and 5 years of post bachelor experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on commercial insurance.
• Graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area.
• 3 years experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on personal lines insurance.
• 3+ years commercial insurance experience.
• ACAS (Associate in Casualty Actuarial Society).
• 3+ years experience managing teams in supervisory capacity.
• Experience performing account-level rating and pricing analyses for complex or high-value commercial insurance opportunities.
• Experience serving as a client-facing partner, presenting analyses, recommendations, and pricing strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
• In depth knowledge of the Commercial Auto industry and knowledge of the Commercial insurance marketplace in general.
• Ability to prioritize work, organizes time, and balances multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Actuarial Analysts and Consultants, providing coaching and direction.
• Oversee actuarial analyses and support business decision-making.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and with high quality.
• Manage and train Actuarial Consultants and Analysts within the department.
• Manage Teams time and workload and recommend tradeoffs to leadership.
• Balance business results with constrained human capital.
• Travel as needed for role, including enterprise meetings and in-person sessions.
