You will oversee analysts, review project work, and ensure timely delivery while balancing business results with talent development. Remote work within the United States is offered.

Qualificações

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area with 5 years of post-bachelor experience.
• Graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area.
• ACAS (Associate in Casualty Actuarial Society).
• 3+ years commercial insurance experience.
• 3 years personal lines actuarial analysis.
• 3+ years experience managing teams.
• Experience presenting analyses and pricing strategies to stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of the Commercial Auto industry.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop Actuarial Analysts and Consultants with coaching and direction.
• Oversee analyses and pricing projects to support business decisions.
• Review work of Consultants to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage and train Actuarial Consultants and Analysts.
• Balance business results with constrained human capital.
• Present analyses and pricing strategies to clients and stakeholders.
• Travel as needed for meetings and enterprise events.
