Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university required.
• Two years’ claims adjudication experience required.
• Ability to obtain state licenses and complete CE requirements.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicate serious commercial auto bodily injury claims of high complexity.
• Provide laser-focused customer service and build client relationships.
• Analyze forms, endorsements, and policies to determine coverage.
• Investigate promptly, interview involved parties, and gather facts.
• Manage diary tasks to ensure timely resolution and reserves.
• Coordinate inspections, experts, and third parties as needed.
• Evaluate bodily injury claims for past/future costs and wage loss.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adhere to company policy.
• Negotiate settlements within authority and document files.
• Prepare reports and communicate trends to management.
