Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Adjudicate complex and high exposure auto bodily injury claims with potentially significant impact on results.
• Provide laser-focused customer service and develop lasting client connections.
• Analyze forms, policies and endorsements to determine coverage.
• Address excess policies and determine liability exposure.
• Complete investigations and ensure proper reserving per philosophy.
• Secure statements and document activity concisely.
• Attend mediations as required and handle all at-fault or fatality cases.
• Maintain diary and coordinate specialist resources for case resolution.
• Negotiate settlements within authority and ensure proper compliance with regulations.
