Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto) to lead actuarial analysts and consultants. This remote role supports pricing analyses, client relationships, and project delivery across the auto portfolio.

The ideal candidate has a strong actuarial background, ACAS, 3+ years managing teams, and deep knowledge of commercial auto pricing strategies. Expect travel for enterprise and team meetings and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related field
• Graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related field
• 3+ years commercial insurance experience
• ACAS (Associate in Casualty Actuarial Society) certification
• Experience coaching, mentoring and leading professional staff
• 3+ years managing teams in a supervisory capacity
• Experience performing account-level rating and pricing analyses for complex commercial insurance opportunities
• Knowledge of the Commercial Auto insurance market

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Actuarial Analysts and Consultants, providing coaching and direction across pricing and analytics projects
• Oversee actuarial analyses and support business decision-making
• Maintain client relationships and communicate findings to internal/external stakeholders
• Balance business results with limited human resources and manage workloads
• Travel as needed for role and meetings
