Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto) to lead actuarial analysts and consultants, building pricing strategies for commercial auto and collaborating with clients. This remote role requires strong leadership, ACAS/FCAS credentials, and proven pricing experience in commercial auto.

You will mentor staff, manage projects, and balance business goals with available resources. Travel for enterprise meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area and 5 years of post bachelor experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on commercial insurance
• Or graduate degree and 3 years experience in personal lines insurance
• ACAS certification required
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Ability to coach, train and provide feedback to staff

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Actuarial Analysts and Consultants across pricing and analytical projects
• Oversee actuarial analyses, support decision-making, ensure timely high-quality delivery
• Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients
• Manage teams, workload, and provide direction to pricing and analytics
• Balance business results with human capital constraints
• Provide challenge to leadership
