Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is seeking a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto) to lead actuarial analysts and consultants on pricing and analytical projects. The role emphasizes coaching, mentoring, client-facing collaboration, and delivering high-quality analyses on time.

Remote work is possible across the United States. The candidate should have ACAS credentials, a strong actuarial background in commercial auto, and proven team leadership experience.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related field.
• Graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area.
• 3+ years commercial insurance experience.
• ACAS (Associate in Casualty Actuarial Society).
• Ability to coach, mentor, evaluate and provide training to professional staff.
• 3+ years experience managing teams in a supervisory capacity.
• Experience performing account-level rating and pricing analyses for complex commercial insurance opportunities.
• In-depth knowledge of the Commercial Auto industry and marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Actuarial Analysts and Consultants across pricing and analytics projects.
• Oversee actuarial analyses and support business decision-making.
• Develop and maintain client relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Review work of Consultants and Analysts to ensure timely project delivery.
• Manage teams, workloads, and provide coaching and mentorship.
