Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto) to lead actuarial analysts and consultants on pricing projects for commercial auto risks. This remote role focuses on delivering timely analyses, coaching staff, and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

The position emphasizes strong client-facing skills and strategic pricing insights.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area; 5+ years post-bachelor experience in statistical/actuarial analysis for commercial insurance OR Graduate degree plus 3 years in personal lines analysis.
• 3+ years commercial insurance experience.
• ACAS certification preferred.
• Strong decision-making, leadership and motivational skills.
• Ability to coach, mentor, evaluate and train professional staff.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop Actuarial Analysts and Consultants, coaching and directing pricing/analytical projects.
• Oversee actuarial analyses and support business decisions with timely, high-quality work.
• Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients; communicate insights clearly.
