Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto) for remote work across the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). You will lead actuarial Analysts and Consultants, guiding pricing strategies for commercial auto and collaborating with clients and internal partners to deliver pricing insights.

This role requires ACAS/FCAS credentials, 5+ years of commercial pricing experience, and strong leadership to mentor teams, influence pricing

Qualifications

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related field plus 5 years of post-bachelor experience in commercial actuarial analysis.
• Graduate degree plus 3 years in personal lines actuarial analysis.
• ACAS and/or FCAS credentials.
• Experience with account-level rating and pricing analyses for complex commercial opportunities.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Actuarial Analysts and Consultants across pricing and analytical projects.
• Oversee actuarial analyses, support business decisions and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Engage internal stakeholders and external clients with clear analytic insights and recommendations.
• Review work and manage teams to meet deadlines and balance resources.
• Coach and direct actuarial staff to foster growth and performance.
