Job summary

KeyBank in Cleveland seeks a Commercial Analyst Lead to direct a team of Middle Market Analysts supporting Sales Leaders and Relationship Managers in lending activities. You will oversee workflows, ensure consistent outputs, and lead hiring, onboarding and development of the CAs on the team.

Responsibilities include coaching, performance reviews, and partnering with Credit and Underwriting to implement ongoing process improvements. Travel periodically as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in commercial banking roles (credit structuring & analysis, sales, risk assessment).
• Experience in Commercial Middle Market Credit Structuring & Financial Analysis preferred.
• Ability to manage workflow and complex deals; strong stress management.

Responsibilities

• Direct interaction with Regional Sales Executives, Sales Leaders and Relationship Managers on market strategy and support.
• Lead, coach and evaluate Commercial Analysts; ensure consistency and accuracy of outputs.
• Ensure systems are used to balance client service with risk and value-added servicing.
• Collaborate with Credit, Underwriting and other partners to improve processes.
• Plan and manage staff and controllable expenses; travel as needed to meet teams and clients.
