Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 5+ years commercial middle market banking experience with credit structuring & analysis.
• Experience leading, mentoring, and coaching teams; track record of talent development.
• Strong knowledge of commercial lending products, credit risk assessment, and underwriting principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Commercial Analysts to support growth and client service.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings for coaching and performance feedback.
• Recruit, onboard, and train Analysts to ensure successful integration and development.
• Identify high-potential talent and support succession planning through development opportunities.
• Provide direction and accountability for Analyst performance, workflow, and client support.
• Serve as point of contact for day-to-day Analyst responsibilities and system issues.
• Monitor workload, capacity, and resource allocation to ensure coverage and service levels.
• Review and provide feedback on analysis, presentations, and deliverables for quality and accuracy.
• Manage a limited portfolio of commercial banking relationships and credit activities.
• Partner with leaders on in-market sales strategy and support.
• Provide guidance on complex credit structures and financial analysis.
• Ensure adherence to credit, underwriting, risk, and operational procedures.
