Job summary

KeyBank is seeking a Commercial Analyst Lead based in Cleveland to direct a team of Middle Market Commercial Analysts supporting sales leaders and Relationship Managers. The role oversees CA workflow, training, and performance reviews while partnering with Credit, Underwriting, and HR to implement ongoing improvements.

A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with at least five years in commercial banking and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of commercial banking experience (credit structuring & analysis, sales, risk assessment).
• Experience in Commercial Middle Market Credit Structuring & Financial Analysis preferred.
• Leadership experience (minimum 1 year) required.

Responsibilities

• Directly interact with Regional Sales Executive and Relationship Managers on in-market sales strategy and support.
• Provide direction and accountability for results for Commercial Analysts.
• Monitor and audit CA workflow to ensure process compliance and accuracy.
• Hire, onboard and train new Commercial Analysts; conduct performance reviews.
• Collaborate with partners to identify process improvements in credit and underwriting.
