Job summary

KeyCorp in Cleveland seeks a Commercial Analyst Lead to direct a team of Middle Market Commercial Analysts supporting Sales Leaders and Relationship Managers in lending and sales. You will oversee CA workflow, ensure process adherence, and guide hiring, onboarding and development.

Partner with Middle Market Leadership, Credit and Underwriting to drive process improvements, manage staffing and expenses, and travel as needed to meet teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of commercial banking experience (credit structuring & analysis, sales functions, risk assessment).
• Minimum of 5 years working in Credit Structuring & Financial Analysis (preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year Leadership Experience (required).
• Excellent knowledge of commercial loan and deposit documentation (required).
• Ability to manage workflow and complex commercial banking deals (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Direct interaction with Regional Sales Executive, Commercial Sales Leaders, and Relationship Managers on in-market sales strategy and support.
• Provide direction and accountability for results for Commercial Analysts.
• Monitor and audit CA workflow to ensure process adherence and accuracy.
• Hire, onboard and train new Commercial Analysts.
• Partner with leaders and HR to assess and train CA skills.
