Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Sr. Sales Analytics Analyst to empower division and retail decision-making. You will design analytics solutions, build dashboards, and partner with field sales leaders to translate data into action across multiple categories.

This role emphasizes coaching, onboarding analysts, and delivering insights that drive ROI, forecast accuracy, and growth. Strong data management with Circana, Nielsen, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales analytics and reporting.
• Proficiency with Circana, Nielsen, and other syndicated data.
• Strong data manipulation and storytelling with large datasets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive, with the ability to lead and collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Design analytics solutions and dashboards for divisions.
• Coach and onboard analysts; lead key projects.
• Provide ad hoc support to VP/Directors for growth opportunities.
• Translate business needs into actionable reports and insights.
• Ensure timely communication of forecasts and performance metrics.
