Grafana Labs is seeking an Majors Account Executive, Key Customers to expand strategic opportunities with top customers across the West region while operating in a 100% remote environment.

You will own the full sales cycle, build executive-level relationships, articulate the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise, manage forecasts in Salesforce, and hand off to Customer Success with a strong, lasting relationship.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure technology sales.
• Track record of top-quartile performance in a competitive environment.
• Adaptable with experience in high-velocity tech companies.
• Excellent communication across in-person, online, and written channels.

Responsibilities

• Identify new opportunities to expand Grafana usage within 3-5 top existing accounts across multiple functions and business lines.
• Develop and maintain executive-level relationships in current customers.
• Create and execute strategic plans for defined account sets.
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Manage all aspects of the sales process from prospecting to negotiations and account management.
• Cultivate sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
• Be able to convey the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise.
• Manage the Salesforce-based sales pipeline and quoting process.
