Job summary

Leadout Capital is seeking an experienced Commercial Account Executive to drive growth within assigned manufacturing and retail accounts. You will manage key relationships, develop long-term account strategies, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet customer objectives.

The role involves selling Salesforce Platform solutions to mid-market and enterprise customers, with opportunities across Slack, Tableau, Marketing Cloud, and more.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of full cycle sales experience, with at least 3 in the field.
• Experience managing existing customer accounts to drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities, or focusing on new logos.
• Ability to build and deliver presentations to customers.
• Ability to strategize with a large extended team.

Responsibilities

• Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts.
• Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectives.
• Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer business needs.
• Perform account planning at assigned accounts, coordinating with Prime and Cloud sales resources to ensure strategic alignment.
• Share Salesforce value proposition for existing and/or new customers.
• Drive growth within an existing assigned account.
