Job summary

Sunflower Bank, N.A. is seeking an energetic Commercial Relationship Manager specializing in Asset Based Lending (ABL).

This full-time role sits within a collaborative lending team and focuses on expanding a robust client portfolio while delivering tailored solutions to meet client objectives. You will structure and price loan, deposit and TM relationships, coordinate credit applications, and present requests to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with accounting coursework and 5+ years related experience.
• Experience in commercial lending and Asset Based Lending (ABL).
• Strong sales and leadership abilities; flexible hours.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word; credit training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Expand and manage a portfolio of commercial ABL clients.
• Lead loan and deposit transactions from acquisition to closing.
• Coordinate credit applications and administration.
• Structure, price, and present loan and TM relationships.
• Cross-sell banking products and refer opportunities to other departments.
• Monitor loan policies and regulatory compliance.
