Job summary

Sunflower Bank, N.A. is seeking an energetic Commercial Relationship Manager - Asset Based Lending (ABL) to expand and manage a portfolio of commercial clients in a full-time role in Dallas.

You will lead loan and deposit transactions, structure and price relationships, and coordinate credit applications with the Credit team. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial lending/ABL, strong relationship management skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Mathematics or Statistics with a minimum of 12 accounting hours; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of account relationship management experience.
• 5+ years in commercial lending and/or Asset Based Lending (ABL) preferred.
• 5+ years of relationship management around deposits and TM.
• Formal credit training such as RMA, Omega CLB, or Regional/State Banking School preferred.
• Experience in structuring and pricing loan, deposit and TM relationships.
• Must be proficient in MS Office Suite and Excel and Word; must possess sales and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Expand, manage and optimize a portfolio of commercial ABL clients.
• Lead and participate in acquisition and documentation of loan and deposit transactions.
• Coordinate the completion of credit applications and credit administration.
• Structure and price loan, deposit and TM relationships.
• Present credit requests to senior management or Loan Committee for review and approval.
• Manage all aspects of client relationships including portfolio loans and deposits.
• Refer banking opportunities to other departments and personnel; cross-sell products.
