Job summary

Sunflower Bank, N.A. is seeking an energetic Commercial Relationship Manager focused on Asset Based Lending (ABL). You will work with a collaborative lending team to execute business plans, market strategies, and growth in ABL credits and client relationships.

The role emphasizes loan and deposit transactions, credit documentation, and cross-selling Sunflower Bank products. Strong leadership and banking experience are required for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Mathematics or Statistics with a minimum of 12 accounting hours.
• 5+ years of account relationship management experience.
• 5+ years of relationship management in commercial lending/ABL preferred.
• Experience structuring and pricing loan, deposit and TM relationships.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Expand, manage and optimize a portfolio of commercial ABL clients.
• Lead acquisition and documentation of loan and deposit transactions.
• Coordinate completion of credit applications and credit administration.
• Structure and price loan, deposit and TM transactions/relationships.
• Present credit requests to senior management/loan committee for review and approval.
• Manage all aspects of client relationships including portfolio loans and deposits.
• Cross-sell all company products and services.
• Refer opportunities to other departments and personnel.
