Job summary

Sunflower Bank, N.A. in Houston seeks a full-time Commercial Relationship Manager focused on Asset Based Lending (ABL). You will work with a collaborative lending team to grow a defined business plan and market strategy around ABL, managing a diverse client portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, mathematics or statistics with accounting coursework.
• 5+ years of account relationship management in commercial lending, preferably including ABL.
• Formal credit training such as RMA or Omega CLB preferred.
• Experience structuring and pricing loan, deposit and TM relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Expand and manage a portfolio of commercial ABL clients.
• Coordinate the completion of loan and deposit transactions and documentation.
• Present credit requests to senior management or Loan Committee for review and approval.
• Cross-sell all company products and services and refer opportunities to other departments.
• Monitor compliance with loan policies and financial regulations and manage client relationships.
