Job summary

Sunflower Bank, N.A. is seeking an energetic, highly motivated Commercial Relationship Manager – Asset Based Lending (ABL) to join our growing team.

You will manage a portfolio of commercial borrowers, structure loans, deposits and TM relationships, and coordinate credit requests for review. We expect 5+ years in relationship management and a strong track record in commercial lending or ABL, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Mathematics or Statistics with 12 accounting hours.
• 5+ years of account relationship management experience.
• 5+ years in commercial lending/ABL with deposits and TM experience.
• Formal credit training such as RMA, Omega CLB, or Regional/State Banking School preferred.
• Experience in structuring and pricing loan, deposit and TM relationships.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and Excel/Word.

Responsibilities

• Expand, manage and optimize a portfolio of commercial ABL clients.
• Lead and participate in acquisition and documentation of loan and deposit transactions.
• Coordinate credit applications and credit administration.
• Structure and price loan, deposit and TM relationships.
• Present credit requests to senior management/Loan Committee.
