Job summary

Sunflower Bank is seeking an energetic Commercial Relationship Manager - Asset Based Lending (ABL) to expand and manage a portfolio of commercial clients in a dynamic team. You will structure, price and close loan and deposit relationships while coordinating credit administration and presenting requests to senior management.

The role requires strong relationship management in commercial lending/ABL, sales acumen, and leadership. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and flexible hours are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Mathematics or Statistics with accounting exposure; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of account relationship management experience, including commercial lending/ABL.
• Sales and leadership abilities; must be able to work flexible hours.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Expand, manage and optimize a portfolio of commercial ABL clients.
• Lead and participate in acquisition and documentation of loan and deposit transactions.
• Structure and price loan, deposit and TM relationships; present credit requests for review.
• Cross-sell Sunflower Bank products and services to clients and collaborate with other departments.
