Job summary

Publicis Groupe is seeking a dynamic Supervisor, Commerce to own and optimize direct digital investment programs for major retailers. You will lead strategy, activation, and performance analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative commerce solutions and strong client relations.

You will manage multiple projects, prepare pitch-ready communications, and coach teammates while aligning plans with client objectives and holistic commerce strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, advertising, business or equivalent.
• 3+ years of media management experience with an emphasis on direct digital investment.
• 1-2+ years managing direct digital investment campaigns with strong understanding of the retail media landscape preferred.
• Strong cross-media planning background; digital planning capability, including retail or Amazon, is highly desired.
• Experience with DCM, Epsilon, and others required.
• Experience with Media Ocean is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of key retailers, their ecosystems, and go-to-market strategies.
• Experience in Consumer Package Goods industry (CPG) preferred.
• Past experience on a pitch team is a plus, however prior experience in business development is not required.
• Knowledge and use of industry tools, and ability to learn Publicis Groupe proprietary tools.
• High cultural awareness and sensitivity.
• Comfortable voicing a strong POV with senior audiences.
• Excellent project-management skills; able to manage multiple projects & people.
• Skilled writer capable of drafting pitch-ready communication.
• High versatility across industries, markets, and agencies.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and high self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Tracks and leads development of marketplace commerce direct digital investment program successes and failures across major retailers.
• Lead strategy and planning process as well as activation of e-retail direct digital investment programs.
• Monitors performance to derive actionable insights for future recommendations.
• Interfaces with team members to share ideas and to identify and deliver new solutions for clients.
• Identifies client opportunities and risks affecting business health.
• Collaborates with Director and AD to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Creates digital account strategies and plans for each client.
• Communicates effectively via phone, emails and direct contact.
• Delivers client presentations and provides thought leadership.
• Analyzes data to identify improvements for performance of client programs.
• Responsible for client billing and coordinating AR and AP with finance.
• Meets specified deadlines and fosters teamwork and collaboration.
• Assists in training, mentoring, and developing team members.
• Helps develop best practices for operational efficiency.
