Job summary

Publicis Groupe is seeking a Senior Commerce Lead to drive growth and shape the commerce practice across client engagements. You will lead a fast-growing team, partner with senior client leadership, and expand commerce adoption from identity to lead-to-shelf planning.

You will guide strategic commerce partnerships, optimize campaigns with tools like Pacvue and SKAI, and mentor a growing team while collaborating with Planning and Outside agencies.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive levels of e- commerce / shopper/retail media experience.
• Experience with activation/optimization on Amazon, Walmart, Kroger, Target, etc.
• Experience with organic and paid search and on-site/off-site display.
• Commerce marketing applied to brand-building and direct response.
• Experience with Retail Media Data (Luminate/Scintilla, Amazon Marketing Cloud, Stratum).
• Strong search research and reporting capabilities.
• Experience with Pacvue or SKAI bid management tools.
• Largest leadership and management experience in a large, dynamic team.
• Proven business acumen in media/marketing services.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall workflow and manage group deliverables and timelines.
• Ensure client deliverables leverage tools like Asana or Smart Sheets.
• Articulate commerce strategies with senior client leadership.
• Define metrics and processes for campaign measurement and optimization.
• Evaluate commerce partnerships and retailer data tools.
• Collaborate with planning teams to integrate search with client marketing.
• Keep clients and teams informed on commerce developments and thought leadership.
• Develop new business and grow existing client relationships.
• Monitor evolving commerce platforms and cross-channel synergies.
• Educate teams on commerce concepts and publish best practices.
