Publicis Groupe is seeking aSenior Commerce Lead to guide a growing practice, owning client relationships and driving commerce adoption across identity and lead-to-shelf programs. Leadership experience in an agency setting is essential, with valuable client-side experience in shopper/ecommerce spaces.

The role requires guiding a large, dynamic team, managing multiple retail media platforms and analytics tools, and delivering growth through new business and organic client expansion.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive e-commerce / shopper / retail media experience.
• In-depth activation and optimization experience with Amazon, Walmart, Kroger, Target, etc.
• Experience with organic and paid search and/or display on-site and off-site.
• Experience applying commerce marketing to brand-building and direct response initiatives.
• Experience with Retail Media Data such as Luminate/Scintilla, Amazon Marketing Cloud, Stratum.

Responsibilities

• Oversee workflow within the group and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Ensure client deliverables leverage tools like Asana or Smart Sheets.
• Present and defend commerce approaches to client senior leadership.
• Develop and measure campaign performance with defined metrics and optimization processes.
• Evaluate and recommend full spectrum of Commerce partnerships and tools (e.g., Pacvue, SKAI, retail data platforms).
• Collaborate with planning teams and agencies to integrate commerce with overall marketing activities.
