Publicis Groupe, through Arc, is seeking a seasoned Commerce Media Leader to shape and forecast retail media strategies. You will partner with Arc CX and leadership to develop integrated plans across search, onsite media, DSPs, and national media, driving growth and ROI for major CPG brands.

You will lead cross-functional teams, mentor staff, and communicate strategy to executives. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, collaboration, and a commitment to innovative retail media

Qualifications

• Experience building commerce media strategies for CPG/retail clients.
• Ability to forecast budgets and manage multi-vendor relationships.
• Strong communication with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in deriving insights from data to inform media plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead insight-backed media strategies and tactical plans for CPG and retail clients.
• Create client yearly budget breakout by category and brand; lead annual planning.
• Manage RFPs and 3rd party vendors; coordinate with media agency partners.
• Develop commerce media strategy using national media and retail channels across programs.
