Publicis Commerce is seeking a Manager, Client Leadership in New York for a hybrid role. You will support annual planning, manage key projects for brands, and ensure program synergy with clients. Experience in commerce marketing and retail media is preferred.

You will work with cross-functional teams and oversee platform implementations for major retailers. The role emphasizes relationship management, strategic thinking, and driving growth for assigned clients, with travel as needed and a focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related field.
• 5-7 years’ experience in retail marketing or with an assigned retailer.
• Strong client relationship management and business development skills.
• Commerce marketing and efficient project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies and tactics.
• Oversee platform implementations for Amazon, Instacart, Walmart Connect, Pacvue and Skai.
• Build relationships with retailers and external vendors.
• Manage project timelines and budgets; report status to clients.
• Lead junior team members and ensure program synergy across brands.
• Monitor measurement in retail media and adjust programs as needed.
• Travel as required to support client initiatives.
