Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking a customer-focused representative to manage the repair journey from drop-off to delivery. You will prepare estimates for customers and insurers, work with insurers to optimize claims, and keep clients informed throughout the process.

Ideal candidates have DRP experience, CCC1/Mitchell familiarity, and may hold I-CAR or ASE certifications. This role emphasizes accuracy, communication, and high customer satisfaction in a busy shop environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• DRP experience with Progressive preferred.
• Familiar with estimating systems CCC1 and Mitchell preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from the drop-off to delivery.
• Prepares estimate for customer and/or insurance partners according to guidelines.
• Partners with insurance companies to manage customer claims for best experience.
• Maintains communication with customers with updates on the repair process.
• Coordinates with technicians to identify all damages.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Performs quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
