Job summary

Crash Champions is hiring an experienced estimator/coordinator at our Wichita repair facility to guide customers through the collision repair process, manage insurance communications, and provide accurate initial and final estimates. You will coordinate with body technicians, insurers, and customers to ensure quality and speed.

Qualifications

• Customer service-oriented approach essential.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Knowledge of dealing with insurance partners preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with multiple estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell & Audatex) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repair processes, insurance procedures, rights, and value.
• Complete initial and final estimates after evaluation and disassembly.
• Oversee each repair and ensure quality standards via in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed on vehicle status and experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning tasks.
• Pre-close the final repair order and manage disbursement paperwork.
